5 Jan 2014 Field Outlook

Aloha All,
Sunrise: 7:10
Sunset: 6:03

Access Notes:
As usual at the beginning of a new year, passes for those who are not active duty or DoD with base access through their employment may have difficulty accessing the base today. Please remain civil with the gate staff. While we believe the access list has been passed to the gate house, there is high turnover of personnel at the gate house and all who work there may not have been briefed on the processes and procedures. I also understand that annual passes are not produced on the weekends. Please remember our no cost PFRCC club access to the base is a privilege and revocable at any time, not a right nor entitlement.

OPNOTE:
I will not be at the field today, and I did not contact Flight Operations Friday regarding flight this weekend.
Make sure you call ODO (348-4511) and get clearance to fly before starting model operations- there is a fairly good chance of flight activity today from the POTUS visit support staff- there are still 4 G-IVs still on the ramp.
